Oneiro NA Inc., is a US corporation; however, it has taken upon itself to adopt all requisite security measures regarding the storage of your Personal Data, and to only use it in accordance with this Privacy Notice. While privacy laws may vary between jurisdictions, Oneiro has taken reasonable steps to ensure that your Personal Data is treated in a secure and lawful manner and in accordance with common industry practices, regardless of any lesser legal requirements that may apply in other applicable jurisdictions. In general, we retain your Personal Data we collect from your browsing sessions for a period of 18-24 months from date of the last browsing session. We retain your Personal Data pertaining to your email address until you determine to unsubscribe from receiving emails from us. However, we may retain any portion of your Personal Data for a longer period for legal and accounting purposes (i.e., as required by laws applicable to our record and bookkeeping, and in order to have proof and evidence concerning our relationship, should any legal issues arise).
