If you Contact Support via the ndau wallet app, you might be asked to provide the Software Version, Model Name and Model Number of your iPhone. This information will help Support better diagnose what the problem might be and to quickly help you resolve the issue.
Here’s how to find your Software Version, Model Name and Model Number.
First, open the Settings app on your iPhone.
On the next screen, scroll down to the General option and click on it.
On the next screen, click on About.
On this last screen, copy down the following information or simply take a screenshot and email it to our Support staff.
