If you’ve recently recovered your wallet on a new device while your phone’s internet connectivity was poor or unavailable, then the ndau wallet app might not be displaying all  your accounts.

Here’s how to manually scan for all your accounts.

First, make sure your phone has internet connectivity either via your mobile network or a good WiFi connection.

Then, click on the menu icon in the upper left corner of your wallet app’s dashboard.

On the next screen, click on “Settings.”

On the next screen, make sure “mainnet” is selected and then click on the “Scan for my accounts” button.

Your ndau wallet app will then scan the blockchain for all your active accounts and add them to your wallet.
