Like all software apps, always important to make sure you’re running the latest version of the ndau wallet app.
Here’s how to check and make sure you’re running the latest version.
First, click on the menu icon in the upper left corner of your ndau wallet app dashboard screen.
On the next screen, you’ll see your ndau wallet app’s version number displayed.

If you are running an older version of the ndau wallet app, you should immediately upgrade.

If you are running a VERY old Android version of the ndau wallet app (version 2.0.4 or older), then you will NOT be prompted to upgrade your ndau wallet app when you go to Google Play. Instead, you will be prompted to install a COMPLETELY NEW version of the ndau wallet app. Be sure you have your RECOVERY PHRASE before you uninstall your old ndau wallet app. And then be sure to manually UNINSTALL your old version of the ndau wallet app BEFORE you install the newest version. You will then be able to recover your wallet in the newest Android version of the ndau wallet app using your 12 word recovery phrase.
