Every 4 hours, a validator node is randomly identified and nominated to receive the current batch of node rewards, which is the accumulated sum of transaction fees since the last node reward plus 10% of the amount of EAI generated since the last node reward for node operations. The nominated node must respond with the ClaimNodeReward transaction within a limited time.
