All Beta Testers holding NPAY beta tokens will be able to redeem them for official NPAY tokens at a yet-to-be-determined exchange rate when we officially launch the NPAY token in the coming months. At that point, official NPAY tokens will also be obtainable by anyone by swapping NDAU tokens for NPAY as well as available for purchase on a DEX.

Fundraising Competition Results
To celebrate our Beta Launch, we hosted a Fundraising Competition during the month of August 2023 and used npayme as the platform to promote and raise donations for the charity Kids Against Hunger while providing prizes for participants who promoted and raised the most money for the charity.
- A total of $776.99 was raised for Kids Against Hunger
During the competition, each promoter used the “Share and Earn” button on the npayme campaign to become a promoter which will let them create their own personalized copy of the npayme campaign that they shared via social media. Patrons were then be able to donate using any promoter’s personalized and shared npayme campaign, and each promoter received credit for any donations made through their own personalized npayme campaign.

All USDC tokens received on this account will be sent directly to Kids Against Hunger.
The Prizes
Prizes are being awarded in official NPAY tokens with a 1 year vesting period (beginning 90 days after official NPAY Genesis). A total of 18,000 NPAY tokens are being awarded with a total estimated market value of over $200,000 (assuming 1:1 valuation between NDAU and NPAY).
